Lambda Chi Alpha - ΛΧΑ Fraternity at Oregon State University - OSU 5.0 They don’t need any motivators. One of the last great wet houses. Literally the same condition as SAE, Pi kapp, etc. the thing my sisters love about this house is how involved they are on campus. The only fraternity where 100% of their members are in Clubs or organizations on campus.

Lambda held a summer event for PNMs and their parents and officially announced their date for groundbreaking in 2020-21 school year! Their alums have already had conversations with other greeks about renting empty houses (like TKE or AGR) during the construction.
