no bigger group of kids who want to push+yell at you at the freshman bar until you turn around and laugh at their letters, they get pretty quiet after that.

Your classic middle tier house. Their basement is sick, but it just gets way too crowded during parties. Have a very weird mix of brothers, and seem to be falling fast.

I'm not sure who's writing these positive ranks but Chi Phi is widely considered the worst house on campus by far. I don't want to sound mean but it's really very well known. They have a nice house but other than that I don't know who would rank them anything other than bottom tier other than their own members so just wanted to be sure that was clear.
