Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of Oregon - UO 1.0 the only reason their percent is so high is because these bros self rank, if it was actual rankings, theyd be at 0%, they lucked out in being able to take the lambda house, but i doubt theyll ever have the numbers to fill the requirement, dont rush theta
