They are top in the SEC/South (Bama, UFlorida, FSU, Auburn, Georgia, etc,) Big Ten/ Midwest/ East Coast (UMich, Purdue, Indiana, Rutgers, Maryland, Syracuse),, California (SDSU, Long Beach State, cal poly, etc.) Surprised to see them this low at Oregon

Theta Chi is very well known nationally as you said. Here at UO they are re-colonizing. They were known to be on of the top house's here before they got kicked off in 2010. Their alumni own one of the biggest houses on campus and seeing as how LXA has been doing recently, they look to be in prime position to take it back very soon.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of Oregon - UO 1.6 i like what ive seen so far, theyre nice guys who stay away from the fratboy life. However, they have little social life, and are loosing a lot of theyre guys this years as many are seniors, and with already low numbers this should unfortunately hurt them.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of Oregon - UO 1.8 My sorority thinks these guys are okay. They need to see way more improvement before they can be considered a decent house, but theyre on the right track, but are just no where near making it up the ranks as of right now.
