Every sorority is going to have girls that fit various stereotypes. I would really encourage everyone to get to know individual girls and you might change their mind. I am a GDI and I think they are great. The younger ones are also extremely accepting of everyone and every type of person.

They only hang out with TKE (the guys everyone is warned about freshman year); they have no class when they're out in public, they're rude to strangers. I've heard multiple girls tell me they hate their sisters but they don't want to quit because of the social life.

They're the stereotypical sorority. They care way too much about money and looks and not enough about unity and sisterhood. I've only seen these girls in class, out at the bars, and at TKE. Don't really participate in other people's events. They're kind of air heads too, really hard to have a conversation with. Very immature. You can sense that they've all had very easy lives and don't have to work that hard for anything.

I'm not in the greek life but I know multiple Phi Mu girls, while some are a little rude the others are super nice!! I always feel like I can talk to the girls I know and I think they are very involved. They also do a lot to support other greeks.

They seem to have really great philanthropy events. And all of the girls I have meet have been nice. I can see how some of them can be rude, but personally I have never meet one that was.

I know a lot of Phi Mu's and on top of being absolutely gorgoues, they participate in everything. I know their rival sorority is ASA and you'll always see them at ASA's events like the pancake feed, Mr. Northwest, etc. along with all of the other organizations' events. Obviously some of them are going to be stuck up and spoiled after being babied by mommy and daddy all their lives but you'll find that anywhere. They know how to party though!!! Those girls are crazy and a ton of fun!

These girls are honestly the best sorority on Northwest's campus. Yes they are known as the pretty girls on campus, but they have a heart to match it. They are always helping out and attending other's philanthropy events! these girls are super nice and are always willing to help out. As a non greek member i can see that these girls are very classy and have an all around awesome personality.
