Have absolutely no idea how they are ranked as a top tier, that is so far from the truth. If anything they are equal to phi sig and should be bottom tier.

AOII has always been a great sorority, and it only has and will go up from where it’s been. And every year, the new PCs seem to get better and better and better. Many, many PNMs are starting to view AOII as their top choice. They’ve definitely earned a spot in the top tier category.
