Because there are not many sororities just 10 and pledge classes are smaller ... it is more competitive at OU than at other schools with more options

Greek life honestly isn’t that big here. There aren’t many fraternity and sorority chapters here like there are at other schools which makes it a little more competitive. However, once you’re in greek life here, it seems like everyone is trying to tear each other down instead of building the community up. A lot of chapters are also strapped for cash which really sucks.
