Chi o new house

Do yall think chi o is going to drop at all because they’re moving into the pi phi house? It just seems like not a lot of people like that house

I think they’ll be fine, they were still a good sorority from being far away I can’t see how this house can change then that much, theta has a mansion and they’re still not great I don’t think the house matters as much anymore

Did they do much in terms of renovations on the old pi phi house? Location is way better for them at least
