Every comment on here is the same. It's sad but true that they're losing their house, going to end up as another theta chi (except active). Really bad pledge class, thought that they could do better. Some of the older guys are cool but that's it. Couple cute groupies but that's it. Best.

Pledge class is bad. Losing house is bad. I feel bad because these guys are good people and some are really chill. Use to be top tier but drastically fell to middle
