Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at North Carolina State University - NCSU 1.0 This is a club, not a fraternity. They are not known for their looks, their house, their parties or their brotherhood. You don’t even have to go to rush events to get a bid. Their process is nonexistent and the only thing their known for is their “campus involvement”. Sounds like a club to me.
