And they’re still better than any frat on campus. Incoming freshmen, if you want to party and not do boring FSL seminars and philanthropy you don’t care about, rush an offcampus frat.
Fiji, Pike and AEPi: the holy trinity. They got kicked off for being too crazy, now they don’t have restrictions set by FSL. They’re only going to have crazier parties.

Honestly, great points. Offcampus fratlife is really the way to go for the foreseeable future. On campus frats have houses all the way in Chinatown and can’t even drink or party there. Pike & Fiji left those far before they ever got suspended. Plus all the best frats are still running off campus which is awesome to see. Let’s go

Dphie would literally rather go all the way to Columbia and mix with one of their frats than mix with any of the active frats. Take that as a testament of how much better offcampus frats are than an active frat.
