I used to be in Delta-Z and had to drop for personal reasons and half of the girls that recruited me refuse to make eye contact with me. Very fake sisterhood. Most of the good girls dropped already

Literally same thing happened to me .... if you drop they shun you after. Luckily a lot of the rude girls graduated this year!
