"A simpler time, a special place"
That is offensive.
I DO NOT want to become a Miami merger.
Although the campus is breathtaking and I (OF COURSE) only have positive things to say about Miami, I wish the student body as a whole would be a little more supportive of one another rather than constantly trying to slip a rug out from under your feet.

College is expensive. And I am thankful for the experiences that I had from this school as they led me where I am today (which is a much different place than I was in 7+ years ago)
Every position that I have held in my professional career has been centered around one thing--people. Whether I was selling women's shoes in retail or educating clients about their finances or ensuring that my direct reports were excelling in their careers-- my main focus has and will be focused on people.
I am a highly motivated, determined individual who works hard to drive results while keeping a professional and positive demeanor around coworkers.
I love helping others in any way I can and deserve the slightest bit of stability in my life right now, Miami...

Everyone in this country... In this world... is entitled to the same education as the next person regardless of race, "gender," upbringing or socioeconomic status. It's not fair that a certain class of individuals are being "held back" in such a subtle way it is not beneficial to anyone.
All I want is a stable middle class lifestyle. And would like the ability to provide that for myself. Is that really too much to ask for?
