No recruitment for phi Sig

Email their recruitment and retention head Caitlin Joseph at cjoseph at phisigmasigma dot org about the chapters awful reputation, failure to meet quota for the entire time they’ve been on campus (last semester they couldn’t even go to bus day because they only had 7 girls accept their bids), constant chapter drama, inability to keep active members from dropping, how they have less than half the members of the other sororities here, and how ridiculous it is to expect girls to rush a dying chapter. Last recruitment, they had 1 member talking to 3 girls each round when no other sorority had to do that and this year they have even less members. Hopefully if enough people email they will take this more seriously so more girls aren’t roped into this sorry excuse for a sorority.
