grade cuts

Were most grade cuts made first round? I have a 3.0 and wasn't sure if this would hurt me, but haven't been cut by any houses yet?

Everyone who didn't make grades will have been cut by now. A 3.0 is perfectly acceptable for recruitment, and if you get cut anywhere it won't be because of your grades. Grade cuts, even if they're above the requirement, are usually only something to worry about if you have below a 3.0.
