What's the word on Beta? Is it worth rushing? I heard they get their house back next year after a huge renovation. Opinions on them are welcomed

Heres the honest truth, if you want to help a fraternity get back on campus and not break any rules this is the fraternity for you. You won't have to worry about getting hazed. The cons are you'll have nationals all over you 24/7. Sig Chi is like Beta two years from now. Slowly starting to become relevant but still a ton of work to get done. You're honestly better iff rushing a frat that has a name on campus.
