How exactly does fraternity rush work? Do you select frats that you’re interested in? And is it too late to get a bid if you haven’t hung out with the house much before formal recruitment?

You walk into your house of interest, they take your picture, measurements, ask you a few questions and if you meet the mold you're gold

Just go to whatever house you're interested in and start living out of the 'tv room'. After a few weeks they'll either think you're cool and give a bid, or just think you're a brother already!
