Almost all underage alcohol violations are luck of the draw. Some people get away with everything, others aren't as lucky. It sucks but just be smart to minimize your odds of getting screwed and you'll be fine. Remember, a majority of people don't get in trouble so you're probably fine

This^^^ I know of more than a few genuinely good kids that have gotten screwed over for underage violations
