mid to upper mid frats

Im planning on rushing next year and I've seen alot written about the top tier frats but not really any info about the middle to upper middle frats. Can someone give a non biased description on some of them?

PIKE and adphi are probably top of the middle followed by TKE and delt. Pike is a lot of athletes from out of state with a good block set up and has a good amount of Miami dimes too, adphi is a lot of nice guys with a cool house, not sure about tke or delt

Pike is your ex athletes
ADPhi isn't allowed to have anything this semester but they are a lot of cincy kids
TKE throws the best parties but the guys are a little bit rougher around the edges
Delt are the guys who couldn't get into the other 3

Pike-upper middle teir guys ex-athletes
ADphi- Okay guys, mostly a cincy frat
Delt- upper middle teir guys, good parties, sorta secretive
TKE- solid but kinda weird guys, good parties

Phi Psi and Phi Tau are the only off campus frats that are still relevant. Snu is will be dead by next year
