You never see much about the off campus fraternities on this website, where do they fall in the rankings? Some of them seem sick, but never mentioned

pi kapp is back on

Phi Tau had PC of 9 or so. Sig Nu had more than double. Phi psi is good tho. Switch Phi Tau and Sig Nu and #3 is accurate.
