Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Clemson University - CU 3.9 Growing fast, has flaws. Inconsistent level of brother, get some strange dudes especially the older ones, but its starting to be counterbalanced. Lots of money, amazing property's.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Clemson University - CU 1.4 These boys are probably the biggest try hards on campus. They love to flex their money but it doesn’t make up for how weird they are. Depending on who you ask a lot of people will call them freaks

Respect for them before for building up but know that I see them rating themselves on Greek rank and talking about themselves they’re just weird. They have some weird dudes and by some I mean a lot.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Clemson University - CU 4.4 Let’s just say this, they are a lot better than when I was a freshman 3 years ago. They’ve grown a lot, and now have a lot cooler people in my opinion. Adding on they have great properties, I think they will continue growing very fast.

NEW ON GREEKRANK

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Clemson University - CU 4.4 As someone who is graduating this upcoming spring, seeing how far this fraternity has come over the past 4 years has been crazy. They’ve managed to finally secure a solid foundation of dope younger brothers in the past year which is what chi phi has been lacking all along. Their properties are top tier but at the end of the day a lot of the older brothers are geeds. In the next semesters I expect them to win over rushees that are interested in even the top houses here (Phi Delt, ATO, AGR, KA, Phi Sig etc.) Id be surprised if they weren’t one of the top houses at Clemson in the following year or two.
