Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at California State University, Chico - CSU 1.0 These guys keep self rating and it's annoying.Ask anyone not on greek rank and they will say that this frat fell. Some brothers have even said they wished they rushed a diffrent frat. They have to rely on freshmen girls to fill up their parties. Its creepy.
