These girls are truly amazing. Super smart, friendly, and funny! They may not be known as the most popular girls but these are the girls you should want to associate yourself with! While a lot of these posts say that they are not involved in greek life or on campus, these girls are involved in many things from being OLs to playing sports. They tend to be very overlooked in recruitment so if you get the chance to meet them, give them a chance!

To all the girls going into recruitment- sorority rankings do not in any way dictate this sisterhood. I've heard top sorority girls lament not joining AGD. Every AGD I've met is smart, down-to-Earth, and adores their incredible sisterhood. Be open-minded in January. These girls are real and you are so lucky if you get the opportunity to join them.

Spring 2018 Pledge Class has more attractive girls than in the past. Not partying/hook-up girls like the others, this sorority has authentic and genuine girls.

These girls are sweet and down to earth. They always have real conversations and a great sisterhood. Some people are introverts and some extroverts, and some are gorgeous and some are average, but they’re the ones you would like to bring home to marry one day. They can party hard when they have time, and study harder when they need to. Academically they’re top tier and got the highest GPA last year! They’re all around kind and genuine women that are very involved on campus and other activities!

Internally, I think that Alpha Gam has a strong sisterhood. People who end up rushing AGD usually stay AGD for the full time that they are at Chapman which is great and unlike many "top" house chapters on campus. They have some of the highest GPA's within Greek Life and they have some great leaders not just in the chapter but in positions on campus as well. Yet, they do not know how to show the rest of Greek Life how their sisterhood is strong. They have extremely low participation in popular Greek life events like Banner and Chant, Airbands, Skit and other philanthropy events on campus. Many PNM's going through recruitment have not even heard of them which ultimately results in those PNM's dropping AGD on the first day, which is so sad since AGD's are sweethearts. They would benefit from a complete re-brand to their chapter. Get girls excited to participate on campus, get your name out there, think of a more interactive philanthropy event to put on, interact more with other frats/sororitys on campus, implement a yearly overnight retreat etc...
