No personality or intellect to be found on any of them, and they don't do a damn thing for the campus. Jock/gym rat frat. If you're only looking for a hookup, though, you could probably do worse.

Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at Chapman University - CU 4.2 Pike is the top house with out question. This is not a self rank, this is not an APhi this is from another fraternity member. I love my brothers and wouldn't trade them for anything but pikes dominate campus. you can hate them all you want but try and tell me what the party scene at Chapman would be like with out these guys. They go Fu(king hard every weekend. Props to you Pi Kappa Alpha.

Pike is the top house with out question. This is not a self rank, this is not an APhi this is from another fraternity member. I love my brothers and wouldn't trade them for anything but pikes dominate campus. you can hate them all you want but try and tell me what the party scene at Chapman would be like with out these guys. Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at Chapman University - CU 1.2 While Pike may have been a top house at some point, they have quickly fallen to the bottom. They are consistently on suspension for doing stupid things simply because they think they are above the rules and better than everyone else. They have no class and are not even close to the "gentlemen" or "scholars" that their creed states. If only they'd finally get kicked off campus

Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at Chapman University - CU 2.2 I've never been personally harassed by Pikes so I don't know if all those negative rumors/stories about them are true. However, what is true is that Pike is quickly becoming irrelevant at Chapman. They still act like they are top house but they don't have the same pull on campus as they used to. Their popularity is declining and if they don't do something soon people are just going to lose interest.
