Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at Chapman University - CU 3.4 I’ve always been a fan of pike parties and think they’re pretty friendly/social in a party setting. However outside of the party setting, these boys are rich privileged kids with daddy’s money and are dumb. They’re very uninvolved with greek events and put little to no effort into their fraternity besides partying. Not gonna lie they’re some good looking boys, but that’s all they got going for them. They definitely fit the pike stereotype. 10/10 would not date one of these boys. But one night stand yes.

I’ve always been a fan of pike parties and think they’re pretty friendly/social in a party setting. However outside of the party setting, these boys are rich privileged kids with daddy’s money and are dumb. They’re very uninvolved with greek events and put little to no effort into their fraternity besides partying. Not gonna lie they’re some good looking boys, but that’s all they got going for them. Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at Chapman University - CU 4.0 KNOWN FOR BEING: parties are the best at chapman, guys go hard, can also find the "top house" girls here FRIENDLINESS: pretty friendly guys but they do stick together like a pack POPULARITY: definitely one of the more popular houses because they have a rep of having a good time and being "chick-magnets&quo t; CLASSINESS: they clean up very nicely, you do have the "bros will be bros," "alpha," protein-slinging, "die is life" guys, but what frat doesnt (and they look hot in suits too) INVOLVEMENT: not the most involved in other greek organizations, mostly donate to aphi and dg but they have a lot of friends in each srat so understandable SOCIAL LIFE: always raging, fan-favorite, attracts the best crowds for the wildest times BROTHERHOOD: they stick together like a pack. you can tell a group of pikes when they walk across campus TIER: pike and fiji have been fighting for top house for as long as anyone can remember. we'll give you a tie, boys ASSOCIATES: i think they're like nationally associated with aphi or something but they date each other a lot too, aphis just like them idk OVERALL: rush pike

Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at Chapman University - CU 4.1 Didn’t do skit this year. I hear a lot of negative things about pike from people who aren’t very involved or people who hold grudges over these guy. Once you get to know them they are some of the most fun and down to earth group of guys. Don’t generalize because of a few of the bad guys they might have.
