i'm going through fmr this year and theta is def the house i want to be in... all the girls are pretty, genuine and down to earth. if you want real friends, join theta. they don't seem fake like a lot of other houses. also had a killer year with greek sing and booth 1st place!!!

They had a good year with booth and Greek sing but their pledge class was above average and the girls aren't really that hot.

They are pretty great and watch the bachelorette together on really comfy couches. They also won't judge if you want another sandwich.... Or piece of pizza. 😆
