i'd say the top house at cmu. can't argue with wins in booth and greek sing...also very involved on campus. they hit a homerun with their pledge class this year!

sweep booth and greek sing last year... really diverse new pledge class and the most campus display of sisterhood... good mix of "hot girls" with the quirky ones too plus has ties with almost every frat on campus... as an outsider might rush for theta my junior year

Top tier along with DG. Most of the girls are pretty fun but thetas carry a stigma of being stuck up with them. For the most part, rightfully so

I was a recruitment counselor this year and had SO many first years tell me that they felt uncomfortable in theta. Four of the girls in my group dropped theta the first night..they have some wonderful sisters but many of them can come off as callous or unwelcoming.
