Delta Zeta - ΔΖ Sorority at California State University, Long Beach - CSULB 3.8 There is absolutely no doubt they are cemented as a top house, but they aren't the top house. I would put them at number two or three. It really depends on what you are looking for. Fraternities love them and always have them as a top pick for events. They have a mixed bag of good looking and average looking, and a lot of them are engineering and biotech majors. If you like them, and can get in, it is one of the better houses here.

Delta Zeta - ΔΖ Sorority at California State University, Long Beach - CSULB 4.8 This is what I would consider a top house. You never really hear anything bad about these girls beyond the fact that they don't have great attendance. They keep it classy but fun, they're definitely a fraternity favorite for exchanges. Known to be academic, solid philanthropy, strong sisterhood, don't win much competition wise but last semester they did better. Plenty of good-looking hot girls who have personality to match. Keep it up dz, you'll do great this recruitment.

You see them all over campus, they socialize with everyone, and seem genuinely nice. If they keep it up I guarantee they're gonna be top house in a year or so cause they're so popular during recruitment
