Delta Zeta - ΔΖ Sorority at California State University, Long Beach - CSULB 3.8 There is absolutely no doubt they are cemented as a top house, but they aren't the top house. I would put them at number two or three. It really depends on what you are looking for. Fraternities love them and always have them as a top pick for events. They have a mixed bag of good looking and average looking, and a lot of them are engineering and biotech majors. If you like them, and can get in, it is one of the better houses here.

Delta Zeta - ΔΖ Sorority at California State University, Long Beach - CSULB 4.8 This is what I would consider a top house. You never really hear anything bad about these girls beyond the fact that they don't have great attendance. They keep it classy but fun, they're definitely a fraternity favorite for exchanges. Known to be academic, solid philanthropy, strong sisterhood, don't win much competition wise but last semester they did better. Plenty of good-looking hot girls who have personality to match. Keep it up dz, you'll do great this recruitment.

Delta Zeta - ΔΖ Sorority at California State University, Long Beach - CSULB 4.0 I think these girls should be top house. You see them all over campus, they socialize with everyone, and seem genuinely nice. If they keep it up I guarantee they're gonna be top house in a year or so cause they're so popular during recruitment
