overall a really cool group of guys; they're all super sweet and chill and know how to throw a fun party without getting rolled by cops. I always have a really good time there, and some of the guys are pretty cute. Definitely one of my favorite houses!

Most my best guy friends are Theta Chis. They always make me and my friends feel comfortable & welcome at their parties, and we always have a blast! Really nice guys with a strong brotherhood, super involved on campus & they host one of my favorite frat philanthropy events (Sorority's best dance crew). Keep it up boys!

Overall lacking this year(as with last year). The last 2 years pledge classes have been very poor. This is year is very egotistic, unattractive and creepy. You're pledges not brothers And both brothers and pledges are creeps. Not attending any more "parties", because they seem like kickbacks. DChi, Phi Psi and lambda should invite them to a party to see what college is really about

Not many of them are attractive, but they are really nice and fun to talk to, most. But there are creepy guys in the frat and sometimes the parties have weird vibes because of the lack of people so guys are allllll over you and it's kind of annoying. Halloweekend I had one of those experiences at theta chi.. Lol
