Definitely not top house but has gotten a lot better since I have came to poly. I'm a third year and these guys were nobodies when I first came, but now as a third year I've come to like their parties and their newest members. The older guys are creeps but their two pledge classes last year were a lot better. I'd rate them middle tier now

New to CP and you can tell. Known for being lame and not as fun, but definitely on the come up with the work ethic I have seen. Great brotherhood, but needs to be more selective at rush to keep the creeps away. Expect good things from them 5 years from now.

Definitely some self ranking but have to admit that they have gotten a lot better/more attractive then they were two years ago. I think with this years pledge classes (if they choose right), they can get even better then they are now. Kappa sigma has moved up to middle tier. Saying they are top house is a big stretch so ignore those rankings
