Their latest pledge class was pretty solid. They throw down a lot and the parties are usually fun. They're definitely improving their rep over the last 3-4 years.

super chill group of guys with some amazing brotherhood. this house just keeps rising amongst the ranks and now with a new house in a great location i wouldn't be surprised to see them move into the top 3

These rankings are jokes. The guys are still weird and pledge classes still aren't cream of the drop material. The house they have near campus isn't an official lettered house, so these guys should stop advertising it considering Lambda and SigNu are much better. These guys still have a long way to go.

They've gotten a LOT better since when I was a freshman in 2012. The parties at the new house are always a good night and the last pledge class was pretty solid.
