Liked this house at first but then their parties started being the same thing over and over again. A bunch of dudes standing around staring at girls in on the dance floor (which is like being in an oven) and a people standing around on the second floor hallway. It got really bad the night I slipped down their stairs leaving the dance floor. The brothers standing around just looked at me because they were too drunk to help me. haven't been back there ever since. I don't know where I am rushing yet, but it will for sure not be Phi delt.

Even since Layden became president, Phi Delt has really turned their image around. They are all great guys who know how to throw a good party. Best house on campus by far

Phi Delta Theta at Hanover College= Football social club Phi Delt is a social club not a fraternity. A bunch of manly guys that are not frat at all. Phi Delt's overall gpa is below a 3.0....most brothers are communication or health and movement studies majors....Bad parties.....

Plagued by scandal... Phi Delt remains the best house on campus. With pod presence at Greenwood (football phis) and Ogle (basketball phis) they remain focused on further expansion. Bad eggs spoil a minority of them. Yet the good eggs are some of the best guys on campus. Holding three seats on IFC and another three seats on Student Senate there role on campus is considerably underplayed by members of the other fraternities just because Lambda's and Fiji's hate that they throw better parties them.

I visited Phi Delt the first time I visited Hanover and it was a lot of fun. Good ole JB took in all of the tennis recruits and made sure all of us had a good time.
