These boys love each other like actual brothers. I just started hanging out with them a few months ago, and any of them that I have met just once go out of their way to be friendly. I can count on my Delt friends for anything.

They are decent as a fraternity but some of these guys are just plain weird. They truly believe themselves to be the best fraternity on campus when they probably arent, but that mindset just makes them look like they try too hard. A lot of people party here but that's probably because of their location on campus

These guys are just weird. Probably the fraternity one could most compare to a sorority. They call themselves top house... If you do that you clearly aren't. They dress up every wednesday and it makes them look try hard. Bad vibes from these guys

Delt has an unbelievably close brotherhood - like really. I dated one and was really close with a lot of the guys in the house, and the minute we broke up they all stopped talking to me. Wouldn't even acknowledge me. At least the have each other's backs? But overall, they do know how to have fun and everyone looks forward to their parties (when they have one).

Really shocked with all the rankings about the new pledge class (I'm guessing they are mostly self ranks), but this pledge class is not very good. A lot of awkward/ weird kids in the new pledge class. They may have gone 100%, but the quality isn't very good.

Delt is probably the best house on campus, to be honest. The only thing about them that sucks is that they keep canceling stuff! It doesn't even make sense because they are so much more than a party house, so why BUPD is being so ridiculous is beyond me. If they don't start having events, they might take a fall from top house!!!

Slowly on the decline. One of their main selling points is how great their academics are, yet they Just placed 4th out of 5 on semester GPA. They're nice guys, and mostly respectful, but they all have an inner douche that makes them think they're betree than others. The older guys are the only thing keeping them relevant.
