Stop Renting Out Delt

Its and not worth the money. Talk to anyone who's living in Delt or lived there shortly. It's renovated, but oddly empty until randoms show up too drunk. The guys are nice, but oddly creepy because no one's ever there. There's no security. Randoms just show up banging on your door at night and pass out in the empty room next to you. Multiple police incidents and showing up in the spring, and they are turning it into an Airbnb.
