Official tech power ranks for 2026-2027 year.

You can debate order after the top 2 but the tiers are right.

1. KS - best house for parties, most active on campus socially, good grades. Half of the frats hate them half like them and throw with them. Are known to take nothing seriously, intramurals, Greek competitions, school competitions. They're here to have fun and get good grades.

2. Pike - great house for parties, guys are athletic and well to do, a lot of sororities around. Like KS half the frats hate them and half throw with them. Pretty much KS mirror each other with KS having the nicer house and Pike taking competition more seriously.

3. Fiji - beef heavy with everyone lately but over all are chill guys if you get to know them in class/outside of their house. Like KS and Pike they have a great house to throw in, and like Pike they take competition a lot more seriously. Parties are a slight downgrade to above and less sororities come around.

4. SAE - their house is small and dirty AF, but they are the second oldest frat here and have a lot of parties. Most frats like these guys and there aren't a whole lot of negatives. Guys have an easy pledge ship and don't participate a lot outside of social events tbh.

5. SX - easily the most chill of the top 5 but still have a great time. The two biggest events of the year are held at SX, and their upstairs area is sick. The house is getting beat up and old but that's pretty much it.

Anything after this is a slight step down in terms of quality guys or parties or pull.

6. KA - there's been a lot of KA glaze lately but they deserve it. They beef heavy with everyone except for like 2 frats, but have a strong brotherhood. Their house is sick, even if it's getting a little beat up, and they have one of the biggest parties of the year. Pretty much only try to chill with ADPi, but ADPi has like 4 frats they like better so they should branch out.

7. SN - pool is sick, guys are awesome, they are very involved off campus in philanthropy and community service too. The only thing wrong is they are dirty focused and not very active outside of football season without joints.

8. PhiDelt - ditto SN but less history and no pool.

9. Beta - like KA there's been a lot of beta glazing. Great guys, house is nice despite being small, and they have good sororities around. One of the more boring frats despite having one of the harder peldgeships.

10. TKE - pretty much Fiji or KS without the good grades and an easy pledgeship. They don't really offer a whole lot except for big parties they get in trouble for at least twice a year with their nationals.

Honorable mentions go to SigEp Lambda Theta Chi and PiKapp. All 4 are solid. I wouldn't rush anyone else tbh.
