What is up with the rankings on here

The ranks on here are so crazy inaccurate, if you ask anyone in real life what the good frats are there are like 8 relevant frats each with 70-100 dudes who have pull with the sororities and the rest have like one registered party a year. Not in order those are PIKE, SAE, Beta, SX, SNU, KS, KA, and Fiji.
Literally all of these houses have good dudes with consistently large PCs and multiple large events a semester.
I have never in my life heard a woman utter the sentence “let’s go to ATO tonight” or “let’s go to Pi Kap darty.”

KA Beta and SN are all boring. KA also has one of the worst houses on campus. Also pretty sure you're over stating each of their pull but whatever. PhiDelt and especially ATO are always in the conversation just based off of their history here alone. ATO is the oldest fraternity on campus and if you want to talk pull, you are for sure under rating theirs.
ATO SAE KS and Pike will always trade off being the best fraternity on campus based off of their history here depending on who is coming off of trouble and what not.
You're hating on ATO for a reason, and I'm pretty sure you're one of the alumni on GR. You're projecting that onto people who don't agree with you...

KA/Beta are both relevant, so is ATO. Both of you need to chill out, no one really cares.
KAs house is a mess but it has some things going for it being a decent size and years. The location is not though maybe being near Theta is good I guess but PhiSig and PhiTau being neighbors hurts. I guess you're kind of near ZTA ADPi KS and Fijis spot?
ATO is too old not to have good relations. PM ZTA and ADPi all take ATOs on dates and even mix with them from what I see on socials. Their reputation from before they were suspended has really pushed them up.
Beta is just soft and boring. Good guys, good house, decent girls around. All 3 are good, saying otherwise is just petty. All 3 need to stop the self ranks and angry comments. Who gives AF.

No one except ATO cares about which chapter has history, especially women. Anyone remember how y'all got like 8 pledges last fall? I do.
Call Beta soft, they get pretty girls at all their crush parties. Call SNU boring, they have enormous non-joint parties like Island Party last week. Call KA lame, they do Rodeo and Woodstock every year. Same goes for everyone with 70-100 dudes and good relations. Most dudes in those houses get along anyways.

KA has 2 events all year they spend all of their money on and the rest of the year are MIA. They're the poor man's SX, except SXa blowouts are MUCH bigger. if that's your thing cool I guess? Idk how their house stays perpetually nasty even though they hardly use it.
Betas parties are all bad, and the guy to girl ratio is what you should focus on there lmao. It's bad, idk why anyone joins them to be bored 24/7.
SNu throws mostly joints for a reason, although you're right they have done more solo stuff recently. I saw A LOT of KappaSigs,SAEs and even SigEps bringing girls in. It's not a joint but also other frats are bringing girls? Hmmmmm.... I guess it helps them when they want to throw a big non dirty event and need a house to do so in. That kind of thing would get them in trouble with nationals, and if they didn't they'd just be a Beta copy with a nicer house and a pool.
Idk why you're trying to push those groups up with KS SAE Fiji Pike and SX but it's embarrassing to even mention yourselves with them. Same goes for ATO.

(if you go any of these you will have what would be a top tier or upper mid SEC/BIG experience minus the blue blood schools. the sororities and quality guys are negligible.)
most active: KS PKA PGD SAE SX
moderately active: SNu BTP PDT ATO KA
Mid
(if you go into any of these you will have a great time but maybe the rush process isn't as competitive or they arent as established with sororities at tech and dabble with Emory, GSU or KSU girls)
more established: SPE TKE OX CPhi PKP LXA
less established: DX DU OXi AEPi CPsi Skull
anything below this is too small, new or mostly socializing with other campus sororities.

Move KA ahead of Beta imo, better house, better parties, better pull, equally quality guys though. Both are good.

ur tripping. KA has a good (big backyard) house at a good location. they're active too with their regular joints like Techwood stock today.
ATO is never in the convo for best fraternity. beta is probably better.
