1. Stop self ranking. 2. A new house does not change the personality/type of girls your sisters are nor does it mean that every girl will fit in there. Yes it may help a little but ultimately most girls will still choose where they feel most comfortable...which may or may not be at Alpha Gam.Historically, and honestly, AGD is not a highly sought after house during rush and is one of the least popular during recruitment yes they do tend to meet quota but how many girls do they get that other houses wanted too? not many.
