A phis are a very diverse group. You'll find some ratchets and some of the sweetest smartest girls out there who have class. It's tough out there for the "new kid" people are unnecessarily critical

Alpha Phi seemed to be improving recently but this past year and their new PC do not reflect that. They still have a long way to go and I think they need to be reminded of that. They have plenty of room from improvement but they need to focus on their strengths to build that. Don't let TBS get too out of control here.
