Phi Kappa Theta - ΦΚΘ Fraternity Ratings at GT

I've been to their parties and most of them were decent/good. However their outdoor saint patricks day party was absolutely packed and good. Their roof space is really nice with the vibey lights and their backyard space is really cool. They're known as gloworms because in the past they used to be nerdy but the name is just a joke now im p sure. I think it's still the engineering and CS frat. Dont know much about their brotherhood closeness but ik they r pretty involved. Someone from them broke some world record and someone else was in this season masterchef apparently.

cool guys. good parties. They remodeled part of their house (especially the front and backyard) - looks good

Phi Kap seems like a solid group. Every time I walk by their house they’re out on the front lawn playing die, and they always seem to be having a good time. Their house needs to be renovated but most of it is nice enough. The brothers I’ve met have been cool and friendly, and they seem to be very tight knit instead of just acting like a big social club. They're not the flashiest fraternity on campus but they seem genuine and involved with a strong brotherhood

Objectively lower mid tier, more involvement in education and clubs/orgs on campus than intramural/collegiate sports. One of my TAs was a phi kap. Hard to speak on their brotherhood, I hear lots of opposing opinions. Parties are surprisingly good i went to a few and was shocked by how packed it was. probably because they are more widely known on campus than other frats bc there are like 39 at this school for some reason. i could see them as a nerdier fraternity but not as nerdy as the average student at tech. pretty over hated but not crazy underrated. gets lumped in with skullhouse, asig, and other bottom tier houses only bc it’s funny to hate on them lol.

Let's be honest, this is the nerd frat where guys that weren't cool enough to get a bid anywhere else ended up. When a guy says they knew they wanted to be a frat boy since day one but says they're in "phi kap", that's a big red flag. Chi Psi is the "weird frat" but even the guys there have better social skills than them. Phi kap also has a big divide between guys that want to be "more of a frat" and the guys that are just there for the cheap housing.

Quality guys who care about each other, it’s hard to say that about some of the other frats on campus. They have a tight bond and great vibes overall.

Glow worm is the punching bag of fraternities. They got bullied into rebranding themselves as "phi kap" in a desperate attempt to convince everyone they aren't the weirdest frat on campus. They are the embodiment of quantity not quality, it's the one frat where brothers need to prove themselves to pnms. If you say you want to join a frat, you're guaranteed a bid. Most brothers got rejected by every other frat but this one.

The polar opposite of ATO, and not in a good way. Embodiment of "awkward nerds with no social skills who couldnt talk to a woman if their life depended on it". This is the only frat aside from ZBT where the brrothers need to prove themselves to the pnms and not the other way at rush. The brothers want to sucker anyone they can to make this less of "the loser frat", if you tell them you'd sign a bid, you're guaranteed one. This was a last choice frat for many brothers especially their most recent pc.

The only frat you can expect the brothers to be too awkward to socialize with anyone at their own party. You're safe from the brothers because they don't know how to talk to people.
