Comment:  Phi Kap seems like a solid group. Every time I walk by their house they’re out on the front lawn playing die, and they always seem to be having a good time. Their house needs to be renovated but most of it is nice enough. The brothers I’ve met have been cool and friendly, and they seem to be very tight knit instead of just acting like a big social club. They're not the flashiest fraternity on campus but they seem genuine and involved with a strong brotherhood
