Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at California State University, Fresno - CSUF 2.0 For the guys who can actually hold a conversation, respectable guys. But best house... lets be real. Calvin Williams left, what is left. Not athletic, horrible grades, had 20 guys a semester ago, parties are like a pregame for whatever else is going on that night. Drink and dip should be the name of every party.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at California State University, Fresno - CSUF 4.5 Theta chi was pretty bad for the past few years, pretty anti social and the house was always dark. They were also pretty ghetto but they got the second biggest pledge class this past semester and theyre parties we always pretty poppin to many geeds tho. They are definitely better than phi delt and k sig but still not on top. I can see them coming up soon however
