Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at California State University, Fresno - CSUF 1.4 I rushed this house last semester and was offered a bid, however I turned it down because it was obvious to me that their brotherhood is extremely weak and honestly somewhat of a joke seeing as they fight each other quite often and hardly know their own "brothers". They said that I would become a brother simply by accepting my bid and paying the fee without any kind of pledge process to earn the title of brother.
