Just a beta house in general. The house and the guys just seem soft. They have a nice corner house but that’s pretty much about it. Don’t like the smell around the house either. All and all just a house

I rushed 4 supposedly top houses Lambda Chi, Sigma Chi, SAE and Sigma Nu. I received bids from all 4. When you compare the top houses it will become immediately clear that Lambda Chi is a whole level above those other fraternities and bids ONLY the cream. If you have a magnetic personality, get randomly stopped and asked if you have a modeling agent, are going places in life then Lambda Chi is your obvious choice. If you are seriously out of shape, looking for hair loss remedies , were ALWAYS chosen last when teams were picked and more than likely be living in your parents basement because you flunked out of school one of the other fraternities will be a better option.

These bros are tight. Even with the quarantine they stay connected. Don’t know why they get so much hate. Btw. I’ve seen pictures of their house when Sigep lived there...Sigep was the worst tenant ever. I guess we all saw that at the Alpha Xi house.

These guys are super fun to be around and always have great parties. They manage to be one of the top houses here without being complete douches like a certain other houses.

Lambda has become the juggernaut of fraternities at FSU. 99% of rushees have Lambda as their goal but fortunately for the other fraternities Lambda is super exclusive and pretty much only 10-15% of the guys are lucky enough to get a bid. This is a good thing otherwise Lambda would be the only fraternity at FSU
