maybe my views are skewed as a freshmen but i feel like everytime i meet a girl in alpha phi and they are SO nice to me and so pretty. they are very social and the type of girl who will just talk to you in classes. just my opinion but im excited to see them at recruitment

A few of my friends are in APhi and are incredible humans, but I couldn't say the same for the majority of the girls I know in the chapter. They are all proud to wear their letters, but I think it is the reputation of the sorority nationally that really carries them to be proud. The girls in the sorority I have noticed to be cliquey, and there isn't a strong bond of sisterhood... Plus I'm not sure if many of them are super involved outside of their chapter in other things BU has to offer.

They just think they're tooooooo cool for getting into alpha phi. I'm a GDI but my friends went through recruitment, I just think that they need a reality check.

maybe it's just me and maybe i'm being too harsh, but some of these girls seem way too pleased with themselves for getting into alpha phi. it seems like lots of them look down at other sororitys with an "im better than you" mentality. anyone agree?

A lot of drama happened during recruitment. PNMs would walk out of the room crying because aphis would talk behind their backs. Sisterhood is pretty poor and they don't seem close at all. I've met a few great aphis, but there's a reason why a lot of them have dropped.

Yeah some of them are really into themselves, but the majority of girls I know are down to earth and fun. I don't know why so many people say they have poor sisterhood... From what I can tell these girls really seem to care for each other, but maybe that's just me not seeing the whole picture. Gorgeous girls though, some of them even model status. Really uninvolved aside from ivy man, I don't even know if they had a fall philanthropy last year

nobody loves alpha phi as much as they love themselves. these girls are the type to study abroad only for the instagrams they'd get out of it

A really well-rounded group of girls. They had their problems in the past but they've bounced back spectacularly with their newest pledge classes. The girls I've met truly love their sorority and are proud to rep it. They pretty much get their pick of which frats they want to mix with, a lot are known to hang out at the Harvard finals clubs too. A very social sorority if that's what you're looking for, but it would be nice to see them get more involved in the community and other greek events

Honestly not a group that I could see myself being comfortable in after recruitment last year and I was really bitter about being dropped but can't lie I have seen a good group of them at every single one of my chapter's philanthropy events and after being able to live with an a phi this year I completely changed my mind. So outgoing and bubbly and inclusive. Probably about the same tier as DG and Aephi. People here say they're cliquey but I think that all chapters have their own little groups
