Kappa Delta - ΚΔ Sorority at East Tennessee State University - ETSU 3.4 I like Kappa Delta a lot but it's very obvious that their fall pledge class was not at all what we've seen from them in the past. They have great members but they seem to act stand off ish around non KD's. Definitely one of the best chapters at etsu though, hope It stays that way!
