Move OX with AlphaDelt. They've been struggling bad for the last 4 years and it will take a few years before they're this high again. Move DX with Fiji and SigEp. Both DX and OX are probably losing their houses in the next 5 or 6 years at the most but probably a lot sooner than that. Personally I'd have SigEp with SX but I'm not mad at them being here. SigmaChi will move up a lot this fall.

Fair/objective- so no lies told.
Today DX is w Fiji… but like you said, they need a plan fast cause they’ll fall way down w no house next fall. And yes, OX has fallen off a cliff- but they still have a name and imo maybe just down a notch w SX and Beta. But def above AD from what I see.
Also agree w SX… not my home, but they’re going to keep getting better with the new place across the street.

SX, Fiji, and Beta all have great momentum and are moving up rapidly from previous years,
DX and Theta Chi are falling off - DX with no satellites and on the brink of losing their house especially.

OX has a horrible name, not just here but across the south. I won't go over all of the issues they had here but let's just say they are really weird dudes, look it up if you aren't in the know. Saying they have a good name is misleading, theyve been here for awhile I guess? But most of that history before everyone got kicked off years ago was REALLY bad.

Disagree on that one- but good points nonetheless. OX had both solid houses at FSU and UF. Listen, I’m not a OX, and yes, they kinda went nuts here… but still have some solid guys and have a big name.

Agree w this. Them getting their house back is big. That’s why I don’t have DX higher. They need a plan fast.

Once Pike, Lambda and Phi Delt are lined up next to each other again in those big houses it’s going to get real interesting. There’s one vacant lot on the end next to Phi Delt. ATO are you listening?

Lamda could become solid again but idk about their past glory. Theyre renting the front part of the house near the grassy area of heritage, not the building next to the parking area. They’ll share a green area between the buildings with the apartment complex that resides in the three story building. If they’re able to rent both buildings in the future after growth they’ll be fine, but having to sell the house a few years back is killing them currently, long term I’m sure it’ll work out but essentially being neighbors with an apartment complex and two bigger frats will be tough

It’s simple, check the county property appraiser site. They never owned that lot. A property mngt company that owns that lot (and their parking lot through to College Ave) owns that place and multiple other complexes around there.

Yes there’s no question that we need more and better housing for fraternities. SigEp built in college town and Sig Chi is building. Chi Phi is already there. Aren’t there more options for frats in college town? And what about what used to be heritage grove? There are already three BIG houses there and some vacant lots.
