Fair/objective- so no lies told. Today DX is w Fiji… but like you said, they need a plan fast cause they’ll fall way down w no house next fall. And yes, OX has fallen off a cliff- but they still have a name and imo maybe just down a notch w SX and Beta. But def above AD from what I see. Also agree w SX… not my home, but they’re going to keep getting better with the new place across the street.
