Frat Stereotypes
by: rankI’m going to be a freshman next year, what are the stereotypes or reputation of the mid and up frats here.

Stereotypes don’t mean anything at FSU and are not really legitimate. But if you insist here are some in no order.
Pikes: corporate, athletes, tradition. Biggest house.
KAOrder: old South, southern gentlemen, tradition. Own their own house.
SAE: great party house. Big parties, tradition.
Sig Ep: great house and location. Dry house but they own it. Good guys.
Theta Chi: big time partiers, athletes, popular.
Phi Gamma: great location, “top 10 but not top 5”. Good parties. Good guys.
Delta Chi: huge house, big parties, big chapter. Popular.
Kappa Sigma: arguably best location, on sorority row. Big chapter, good parties. They own the house.
Beta: good location, ambitious to move up, student government.
Sigma Chi, Phi Delt, ATO, Delta Tau: returning to campus already or will be soon. Formerly big time at FSU and ambitious to be again.

Sig chi has been back for some time now. Not as good, gonna have crazy mansion in mid 2030s. Phi delt has been on for about 3-4 semesters, and while they’ve gotten big for just starting up again. I don’t think they will be as prominent as they once were.
