Alpha delt is not good

Alpha delt gets way too much love. They are literal freaks with a shrinking fraternity. Only get any respect cuz they on college ave. Alpha delt is at most a little better than pi lam and at worst just phi delt with a better house.

Decent group, but will be in big trouble when Pi Kapp returns. They grew cause of the PKP house and will shrink when they get kicked out. Best be looking at options before times runs out on College Ave
